Software
Our software is used to connect the Vario photometer to a PC and to transfer the values via the serial interface.
The transferred measurement values can be presented in different ways on special report templates. You will require a spreadsheet program, such as Excel.
Diaglobal supplies three different types of software: DiagWin, DiagPrev, DiagHorse

Software DiagWin
lactate performance curve
Displays the lactate values and the pulse graphically depending on the stress level. This
display can be used to determine the optimum training range.
Lipid status
From the measured values: the LDL cholesterol (Friedewald equation) and the LDL/HDL cholesterol ratio are calculated from the triglycerides, cholesterol and HDL cholesterol.
All measured and calculated values are printed out on a protocol and compared with relevant reference values.
Fitness check
The fitness check is a summary of all fitness-relevant parameters. The measured values are shown in a table in the printed report. The internally stored report template contains information on the reference values and an explanation on the meaning of the parameters.
Complete
If none of the above applications is relevant, the complete measurement values are also shown with reference values in a stored report template.

DiagPrev software
This software is a variation of the DiagWin software; it is a special application for diagnostic preventive examinations. The program is used for training and assists with monitoring the general state of health, particularly with diagnosis of the metabolic syndrome. The measured values are shown in a table in the printed report. The internally stored report template contains information on the reference values and a short explanation on the meaning of the parameters.

DiagHorse software
This software is a variation of the DiagWin software; it is a special application for diagnostic examination of horse and rider. The program is used for training management and assists with monitoring the general state of health. The measured values are shown in a table in the printed report. The internally stored report template contains information on the reference values for horse and rider and a short explanation on the meaning of the parameters.

This software has been developed specially for Olympic training centres, universities, rehabilitation clinics, sports physicians, performance diagnosticians and trainers.
